We believe every young person deserves a real shot at adulthood.
WeThriveCare is a provider (Ofsted registration in progress) of 16–18 semi-independent supported accommodation. We work in partnership with local authorities to support young people leaving care, seeking asylum, or at risk of homelessness — through homes that are safe, well-designed and dignified.
Respect first
We treat every young person as an emerging adult with their own ambitions, identity and pace.
Quietly professional
Trained therapeutic staff, robust safeguarding, and consistent partnership with social workers.
Designed to feel like home
We invest in our spaces. Good light, good kitchens, good furniture — because environments shape outcomes.
Measurable outcomes
We track move-ons, education and employment — and we publish them.
Our story
WeThriveCare was founded by practitioners who had worked across residential care, youth justice and local authority commissioning — and who knew the gap that opens for young people the moment they turn 16. We built the provision we wished had existed for them.
